2 Ingredient Chocolate Cake - seriously! This cake is just 2 simple ingredients and it makes the most amazing, dense, moist cake ever! Semi Sweet Dark Chocolate is combined with eggs and baked. Top with frosting, whipped cream or a drizzle of your favourite dessert topping or sauce, and this glorious treat will keep the whole family happy - give it a try today!

Ingredients:

300g of Semi Sweet Dark Chocolate (either buttons or a block chopped into small pieces)
4 Eggs (separated)

Preparation Time: About 15 minutes
Cooking Time: About 30 minutes

SERVES 6 - 8 (depending on serving size

I have put together this video for you detailing the ingredients and process you need to bake this cake. I have also finished it off with a milk chocolate ganache, dark chocolate and fresh fruit. The ingredients you will need for the chocolate cake are: 200g - Unsalted butter 200g - Plain chocolate (70% cocoa) 300g - Light soft Brown sugar 200g - Plain flour 190ml - Soured Cream 3 Eggs 1 tsp - Vanilla Extract (flavouring) 1 tsp - Baking Powder 1tsp - Bicarbonate of Soda + Plus a filling and decoration of your choice.
