Serving- 6 to 8

Ingredients:
All purpose flour(maida)- 1cup
Butter/ghee(melted)-1/4 cup
Baking sada-1/2 tsp
Baking powder-1tsp
Pinch of salt.
Condensed milk-1/2 cup or 200 gm approx.
Cocoa powder-2 tbsp
Milk- (1/2 cup) 100 ml approx.
Salt- 1 cup(for baking)

For Icing:
Powdered sugar-2 to 3 tbsp
Whipping cream-1/2 cup
Choco chip
Dark chocolate 100gm
