바나나와 가나슈로 맛을 더한 진한 초코 파운드케이크를 만들었어요!
생 바나나를 넣고 구워 파운드케이크를 조금 더 촉촉하게 먹을 수 있어 좋았어요~
가운데 가나슈를 넣으려고 쉬폰 케이크 틀을 이용해 구웠는데 색다른 모양이라 재미있더라구요~^^
가나슈 때문에 많이 달달해서 많이 단 게 싫으신 분들은 가나슈를 빼거나 살짝만 곁들여 드셔도 맛있답니다~

▶틀 사이즈 Mold size : 17cm x 7cm

▶재료
무염 버터 90g
설탕 50g
달걀노른자 2개
바닐라 익스트랙 1/4ts
박력분 85g
코코아 파우더 5g
베이킹파우더 5g
머랭 (달걀흰자 2개 + 설탕 20g)

바나나 2개

가나슈 (다크 초콜릿 100g + 생크림 50g)
휘핑한 생크림 - 화이트 (생크림 50g + 설탕 5g), 초코 (생크림 50g + 설탕 5g + 코코아 파우더 3g)

▶레시피
1. 버터를 부드럽게 풀고 설탕을 넣고 섞은 뒤 달걀노른자와 바닐라 익스트랙을 넣고 섞는다.
2. 박력분, 코코아 파우더, 베이킹파우더를 체 쳐 넣고 섞는다.
3. 머랭을 나눠 넣고 섞는다.
4. 틀에 반죽을 조금 넣고 슬라이스한 바나나를 올린 뒤 바나나 위에 남은 반죽을 넣고 평평히 한 뒤 180도 예열된 오븐에서 30분 정도 굽고 식힌다.
5. 윗면과 가운데 홈에 가나슈를 채운 뒤 휘핑한 생크림으로 장식한다.

▶Ingredients
90g Unsalted butter
50g Sugar
2 Egg yolk
1/4ts Vanilla extract
85g Cake flour
5g Cocoa powder
5g Baking powder
Meringue (2 egg white + 20g sugar)

2 Bananas

Ganache (100g dark chocolate + 50g whipping cream)
Whipped cream - White (50g whipping cream + 5g sugar), choco (50g whipping cream + 5g sugar + 3g cocoa powder)
