1) All-purpose flour (Maida) : 100 gm/1 Cup
2) Powdered Sugar (Chini) :90 gm / more than 3/4 cup
3) Vegetable Oil: 3/4 Cup
4) Water : As Required
5) Vanilla Essence : 1 Tsp
6) Cocoa Powder: 3 Tsp
7) Baking Powder: 1 Tsp
8) Baking Soda : 1/4 Tsp
9) Pinch of Salt.

It is a vegan cake and can be tried even by beginners. This recipe needs no mixer or beater. Just mix the wet ingredients and sieve the dry ingredients. Then mix them up to make the batter. This eggless chocolate cake is very light but is good to make a layer cake. To make it rich you can make a chocolate butter cream frosting or chocolate sauce.
