Ultimate chocolate cake German recipe #30 終極巧克力蛋糕

Ultimate chocolate cake, a rich and moist dark chocolate cake. I found this cake recipe from a German cook book, and fell in love with it ever since. Chocolate sponge cake filled with chocolate cream and covered with chocolate glassing.

It has very little sugar for a cake but tons of dark chocolate.

Ingredients：12 portions 26cm

Chocolate sponge cake -
100g dark chocolate
125g soft butter
125g sugar
6 eggs
125g flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
8 tbsp espresso

Chocolate cream -
450 whipped cream
150g butter
300g dark chocolate

Chocolate glassing -
250g dark chocolate
2 tsp vegetable oil
12 chocolate truffles (optional)
