1 cup or 130 grams all purpose flour
3/4 cup or 100 grams powdered sugar
1/8 cup or 10 grams cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
125 ml milk
50 grams melted butter
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp vinegar/lemon juice
For Garnishing:
Chocolate Ganache
Chocolate curls/flakes
Silver balls
4-5 red cherry
